Hi! I’m Iván, a Spanish photographer born in Málaga, currently living in Madrid and deeply in love with Menorca, the island where I spent my summers as a child and which has now become a key place for developing my work.
I got into wedding photography by chance, shooting my mother’s wedding for the first time. From that moment on, I realized that the human connections and emotions of that day were a perfect match for my love of photography.
I like to work by focusing on the details, staying discreet when the moment calls for it, and being close by when it’s important to capture genuine emotions.
I love authentic, honest, and natural photography: unstaged images that become timeless and never go out of style.
On a personal level, I’m passionate about 90s cinema; I’m a huge fan of Tarantino. When it comes to music, I enjoy everything from the blues to the latest trends in urban music.
I also love action sports and, whenever I can, I photograph them in my free time.

What is your working method like?
At Marrys, we always say that we like to work with attention to detail. This means we offer personalized service, we like to get to know the couple well, and we prefer to work on fewer weddings but in a very individualized way. We want to be part of your day and witness everything that happens. We like to work closely with you, the couple, and in a very natural way, without practically posing you, except for the occasional moment when we might ask for some guidance.
Our style aims to create an authorial report, producing exclusive, modern and natural images; our influences are artistic photography and documentary photography.
How far in advance should we book your services?
If you love our work after seeing it and feel you’ve found the type of photography you identify with, we recommend booking as soon as possible by scheduling a video call. Our services can be paid in two or three installments.
Do you offer drone and video recording services?
No, but we have a network of professionals with a very similar aesthetic and work style to ours, so they ultimately become part of our team. We’d be happy to put you in touch with them.
What does hiring a pre-wedding photoshoot involve?
The pre-wedding shoot consists of a photo session with the couple before the wedding. At Marrys, we always recommend booking this session in addition to your wedding photos. This allows us to create a positive synergy with the couple and fosters trust between them. All of this will be reflected on the wedding day. You can see examples in the Lovers section.
What does hiring a wedding photographer involve?
Wedding photography involves documenting the entire day with photographs of the most special moments, covering everything from the bride and groom’s preparations to the final dance.
How many photographs do you submit and in what format?
We deliver from 400 photographs per wedding in our basic package.
Deliveries are made through a completely exclusive online platform for the client. It also includes personalized options to enjoy your photographs in various physical formats.
The delivery time for the material is around 12 weeks.
In what area do you work and/or travel to carry out work?
We work in Madrid and Menorca (Balearic Islands), so in these two areas, travel and accommodation costs will be minimal. If you get married elsewhere in Spain or internationally, there won’t be any problem; the costs will simply vary depending on the location.
What budget do we need to hire your services?
Every wedding and couple is completely different from the last, with different needs, so we don’t have a fixed budget, but our basic service starts from 1200 euros. Contact us and we’ll see what suits you best.
